[주요 공지 사항]

• Class 5/6 – Western Main Course Meat or Poultry 참가자 추가 규정 안내

미국 USDA의 공식 후원이 최종 확정됨에 따라, Class 5 및 Class 6 참가자 대상 추가 규정을 안내드립니다.

Class 5/6 참가자 중 소고기를 사용하는 경우 반드시 미국산 소고기를 사용해야 합니다.

또한 참가자는 대회 당일 경기 시작 전 반드시 인포메이션 데스크에 미국산 소고기 구매 영수증을 제출해야 합니다.
영수증 미제출 시 해당 내용은 심사위원단에 전달될 수 있으며, 심사에 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다.

본 규정은 소고기를 사용하는 참가자에 한하여 적용되며, 돼지고기 및 닭고기 등 기타 육류 및 가금류 사용 시에는 해당되지 않습니다.

USDA 후원 확정이 다소 늦어짐에 따라 대회를 앞두고 추가 안내를 드리게 된 점 너른 양해 부탁드립니다.

• ​헬퍼 및 인솔자 출입 뱃지 신청 및 추가 기물 사전 등록 안내 

원활한 행사장 출입과 안전한 경기 운영을 위해 아래 사항을 반드시 확인하시어 기한 내 신청을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 헬퍼 및 인솔자 출입 뱃지 신청 전시장 출입 인원 전원은 사전에 출입 뱃지를 신청해야 합니다. 사전 미신청 시 현장 신청이 절대 불가하며 전시장 출입이 제한됩니다. 미신청 인원은 일반 관람객 출입구를 이용해 오전 10시 이후에만 입장이 가능하며, 별도의 입장료(30,000원)가 부과되오니 반드시 기한 내 신청 바랍니다.

2. 추가 기물 사전 등록 안내 대회에서 사용하실 모든 전기 기물(인덕션 등)은 품명과 소비전력을 기재하여 사전 등록해야 합니다. 전력 기준 초과 시 전원이 차단될 위험이 있으니 규격에 맞는 기물만 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 사용 기준: 인덕션 최대 2대(220V 1.8kW), 기타 기물 2.0kW 미만 (멀티탭 사용 시 총합 2.5kW 미만 준수)

We would like to inform all participants of the SFH 2026 Culinary Challenge that the Competitors Briefing materials, which must be reviewed prior to the competition, have now been uploaded. Please review the important notices below and download the materials.

[Key Notices]

• Additional Regulation for Class 5/6 – Western Main Course Meat or Poultry Participants

As the official sponsorship from the USDA has recently been confirmed, an additional regulation has been added for Class 5 and Class 6 participants.

Participants in Class 5/6 who choose to use beef must use U.S. beef only.

In addition, participants are required to submit the purchase receipt for the U.S. beef at the Information Desk before the competition begins on the event day.
Failure to submit the receipt may be reported to the judging panel and could affect the evaluation process.

This regulation applies only to participants using beef. Participants using pork, chicken, or other meats and poultry are not affected.

As the USDA sponsorship was finalized later than expected, we sincerely ask for your understanding regarding this additional notice close to the competition date.

• ​Application for Helper/Escort Access Badges & Advance Registration of Additional Equipment

To ensure smooth access to the venue and safe competition operations, please carefully review the information below and complete your application by the deadline.

1. Helper & Escort Access Badge Application

All individuals entering the exhibition hall must apply for an access badge in advance. On-site applications will not be accepted under any circumstances, and entry to the venue will be restricted without prior registration.

Unregistered individuals may only enter after 10:00 AM via the general visitor entrance and will be required to pay an admission fee of KRW 30,000. Please make sure to complete your application within the deadline.

2. Advance Registration for Additional Equipment

All electrical equipment used in the competition (e.g., induction cookers) must be registered in advance with product names and power consumption details. Equipment that exceeds the allowed power limits may result in power shutdown, so please ensure that only compliant equipment is brought.

- Usage limits: Up to 2 induction units (220V, 1.8kW each); other equipment must be under 2.0kW

(When using multi-taps, total combined load must not exceed 2.5kW)
